Ideally, if you are planning on taking College Algebra next year, try to get ALL the work completed. However, if you finish at least to Properties of Logarithms, you will be in good shape.

Things to know for this week... 

Way to go to those of you who are working hard to progress in Edgenuity! By the way, one of your classmates has already completed ALL of the content. So, it is possible to get all of the course completed.

FYI: You CANNOT pass this six weeks if you don't have at least 50% of the Edgenuity content completed. Some of you haven't started and a few of you have a very low percent completion (5%, 12%, 15%) and are already behind. Please stay focused and get something accomplished weekly. I have posted a weekly agenda to help keep you on track.

• Expect grades to appear in the FOCUS gradebook for the 6th six weeks. Each lesson, you have an assignment/practice and a quiz. I will average those two grades and enter them into the gradebook. You are expected to do 2 lessons per week; however, I will enter 1 grade per week which is an average of those lessons. 

• Absences -- if you are not completing work, you will be counted absent.

• Wednesdays from 2:30 to 3:30 will continue to be our Zoom day tutoring meeting time. This is when I will meet with you to go over problems you need help with. If you don't need help, you do not need to show up.  Look at the right hand bar tab to find and click the link Period 4 Zoom tutoring to join.

• If you have any questions, regarding grades, etc. Set up a time with me to Zoom.

• Go to the side bar and look under 6th Six Weeks to find the weekly agenda. When you click the link, you will see what the weekly goal are. You will also see links to notes and videos that have been created to assist you. (I've taken the time to look at the Edgenuity links and videos. When I see their explanation is lacking, I add in notes and/or videos to assist you) So, PLEASE, look at the notes and videos I post. This is to help you.
